Description
Our Two Passions, Craft Beer and Aviation
In late 2021 we created Datum Attitude Brewing Co, brewing the beers that we love inspired by our passion for aviation.

We’re a modern brewery in rural Essex, brewing exciting beers of differing styles that are difficult to find locally. Our ethos revolves around brewing flavourful beers of the highest possible quality, using the best ingredients and techniques.

We focus on quality, brewing only the styles that we love in order to make our beers stand apart. Our beers are unfiltered and naturally vegan friendly.

We’re a family run brewery that’s independently managed and owned.

Keg at GBBF 25. Opaque chestnut. Thin foamy off-white head. Aroma has tangy berries followed by grains and chewy malts. Flavourwise there grains and a woodyness combined with rough chewy malts. Citrus and berry sour edge. Develops some resinous bitterness. Light. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Nice enough.

5th January 2025
Can. Bright clear gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, a light sweetness, kinda floral. A nice kick of dried fruits and candy fruits. Floral apricot in there. Fruity complex and hard to pick apart. Mild spice. Floral fruity finish. Enjoyed this, much more complex than most Belgian blondes. Bright and fruity.
