Can from the LCBO. Clear golden, bordering on bronze pour, with no head. Aroma is apples skinds, tart apple flesh. Mouth feel is standard, carb is almost flat. Finish is tangy, bordering on sour, with some wet paper, and sulphites.

A nice amber Cider with aroma of sweet apple and light malt. In mouth, sweet caramel malt with hops and tart apples, unbalanced.

A pale blonde cider with aroma of tart apple and light rose water. In mouth, a nice mix of tart fruit and light Brett, light rose hip, very nice.

A hazed blonde cider with a very thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity apple pulp with light lemony notes and chalky character, nice. In mouth, a nice tart sweet apple jam with light acidity, light sulfur notes, light mineral notes, OK. On tap at Wellington Gastropub.
