440ml can from the Bierboetiek De Zythotheek, Valkenburg. Poured into an old Wolnzacher Brauhaus, Hopfenperle glass tankard at home on 16th December 2025. Mahogany red body, clean and clear, on top a solid crown of tanned foaming bubbles. Malty with a coffee like aroma and initial taste, heads nearly all gone, as I wrote about it (this is live rating). Some chocolate notes arriving as it warms a little. Decent enough, but I expected and wanted more depth and 'oomph' for the money I paid for it.

440ml Can - Hazy golden with a white head. Peach and some slightly earthy notes in the aroma. Peach, melon and some slightly earthy notes in the taste.

440ml can. Slightly cloudy, orange, golden colour with average to huge, firm, frothy, moderately to mostly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly zesty, citrusy fruity and minimally piney, hoppy aroma, pale malty background, notes of tangerine, orange, some grapefruit, a touch of pineapple. Taste is zesty bitter, citrusy fruity and slightly piney hoppy, pale and slightly caramel malty backbone, notes of grapefruit, tangerine, orange, some woody pineapple; lingering, bitter hoppy finish.
Oily texture, smooth and soft, minimally greasy, simultaneously slightly dry palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation.
Barely hazy, sports quite some West Coast characteristics (bitterness, kind of hop flavours, oily texture, malty backbone) - solid.

Draught at Hat Brewery Taproom, Riga. Lightly cloudy, red to black colored. AROMA- toasted, chocolate and caramel. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, lightly bitter, the same as aroma, earthy. Medium bodied.
Tasty.
