Cask at the St. Albans Beer & Cider Festival 2017. Pours clear golden to amber with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of sweet grains, hop, flowers, elderflower and something akin to raw pastry. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Light to medium body, slight watery texture, soft carbonation. Dry and malty. Not bad,

Cask gravity at the St Albans BEER festival 2016. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a fading white head. Aroma is big custard, vanilla, orange rind, tangy. Flavour is composed of sweet grainy, hint of vinegar, some infection. Palate is medium sweet, tangy, not great condition. Not good.

Cask gravity at the St Albans BEER festival 2016. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a lasting thin white head. Aroma is sweet tangerine, floral citrus, marmalade, tangerine. Flavour is composed of mango light apricot jam, tangerine, semi sweet malts . Palate is semi sweet, lowish carbonation decent cask condition. Good. Beer.

Cask gravity at the St Albans beer festival 2015. Pale yellow golden coloured pour with a small halo of white head. Aroma is nice floral lemon citrus, and midget gem hop, mango. Flavour is drying earthy grains, grain tannin and earthy grain tannin. Mango flesh. Uber dry in the finish. Palate is dry. Medium light, decent cask condition.

Cask gravity at the St Albans beer festival 2015. Clear golden / light orange coloured pour with a lasting g loose white head. Aroma is pretty nice light citrus, hints of floral hop, grainy base grains, light orange. Flavour is composed of semi sweet base grains, honeysuckle. Floral GOP with a crisp lemon finish. Palate is semi sweet, grainy on the tongue and a decent cask condition. Solid golden.

Cask at the Old Cross Tavern, Hertford, England on 3rd September 2010. Clear amber with white creamy head giving part-lacing. Malty and fruity aroma, and grassy hop with lemon citrus in main taste. Long, grassy herby/bitter finish on a zingy mouthfeel. Well crafted ale, and more-ish.

Cask gravity at St Albans BF 09. Looks flat in the glass, copper colour. Not great condition. Absolutely fine, slightly malty bitter. Decent bitterness on finish. Would be very good fresh. Good malt biscuit and really quite bitter. OK.
