At the source with Cuso. Hazy golden bright color with white foam lowering pretty quick. Nose: bread crumb. Mouth: frizzy-strong co2, some hoppy feel.

0,4l from tap @ brewery. Big, tan, average retention head. Colour is coppery, hazy. Aroma is mellow orange, fruity, bit grapefruit, bit tropical fruits, caramel. Taste is medium malty base, orange, grapefruit, bit pine resin, tropical fruits, long lasting bitterness on the palate, nice, enjoyed.

I’m always confused why these beers are so cloudy. And have a weird harsh bitterness to them, especially when the same brewery has an amazing dark lager.

A very high quality dark lager. Super clean, crisp and flavourful. Yet light and so drinkable. One of the best.
