Head is big, egg-white, good retention. Colour is coppery, light hazy. Aroma is citrus, grapefruit, pineapple, toast. Taste is medium malty base, grapefruit, toast, herbal hoppy, long lasting bitterness, medium carbonation, good one, enjoyed.

Zu meiner Überraschung gab es dieses recht craftige 🛠️ Bier in der recht konservativ anmutenden Restaurantbrauerei.
Es hat mir in der urigen Atmosphäre dort aber sehr geschmeckt 😝, auch wenn es etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war. So hatte es einen intensiven Gras- und Hopfeneinstieg🌾 und der spritzig leichte Körper hinten nach konnte das scheer tragen, aber im Nachgang bekam man ein schön rundes, vollmundiges Bier auch für den Herbst🍁.

Auch wenn ich vor vielen Jahren die Brauerei bereits besucht hatte, so war mir die Trinkhalle doch neu...ebenso wie das Zehngrädige.
Dies ist als solches wirklich schön aromatisch gelungen, wenn auch für ein Zehngrädiges relativ vollmundig 😋 und schwer 🦖
Dafür ist es nicht zu wässrig und passt gut auch als leichteres Oktoberfestbier

Tap at the brewpub, with Gurthnar. Shiny clear amber-golden body, lasting big off-white head. Caramelly and citric aroma, orange, lightly tropical. Lean dryish taste, citric, caramelly, woody, bit herbal, fresh. Good stuff!

Tap at the brewpub, with Gurthnar. Mildly hazy golden body, thick, creamy white head, pretty big. Citric, pleasant, bit herbal aroma, lightly oxidized. Dryish taste bit dank, herbal, bitter, some grainy notes, mild oxidation.

Tap at Mestiansky Drevena. Med-thin body, med-high carbo. Medium bitterness, light sweetness. Moderate ginger, honey rather in background, subtly enhancing the otherwise clean malt bill. Subtle grassy hops character. I get a bit of oxidation, but otherwise a very easy drinking, very good beer. I would love more ginger, but I am a ginger freak.

0.75l bottle with Gurthnar at the brewpub. Clear golden bottle, big off-white head, bit creamy, going down relatively fast. Pleasant aroma, ginger dominant, bit herbal, citric, sweetish, maybe low oxidation but it's not in the way. The taste starts sweetish, honey and ginger in evidence over some herbal notes and some maltiness. Ginger tea vibes, only carbonated. This is very nice really! An excellent rendition of a questionable style, very well balanced!

Tap at the brewery. Medium body, medium carbonation. Med-high bitterness, low sweetness. Medium caramel present though, also some rye maybe? Not much hops character, medium resiny piney grassy, with a bit of zestiness. Pretty good though. Exactly as I imagine red IPA to be.
