Cheap can from chalet premier. Clear pinkish pale beer. Thin somewhat champagne looking head. Nose is clean fresh raspberries. Taste is bubbly medium bitter wheat ale with some raspberry and tartness. Initially I think its better than expected. Yes, I really like the high level of cutting co2 in this, makes it more refreshing compared to so many other domestically bitter fruited wheat ales. There is some wheat ale bitterness in there and may I say its controlled and almost subdued. Oooh, that cutting carbonation, loving it. Nearing the finish, I'm expecting it to get a bulldogging wheat bitterness but it remains well balanced with the raspberry. Not bad. Probably one of the better american wheat ales I've had. Right up there with Beaver's Chamomile Wheat and Otter Creek's Wolaver's Wildflower Wheat.

From a 3$ can at vintage it pours big and black with a foaming creamy choco moose head. This stuff is supposedly brewed with mushrooms in it. Nose is sweet boozy malt porter. Taste is sweet porter as well, not really getting the mushrooms in this. Yea, in the end, boozy sweet and cloying but OK for a higher ABV porter. Fine co2 throughout.

Interesting looking can for about 3$ at vintage. Pour is virtually clear pale with a giant over flowing white foamy head. Definite amber lager nose, sweeter vienna olfactory. First taste is certainly more than pale lager, but its not in yer face vienna either. I'd say its a cross between the two. Some tiny amount of hop bitterness, or is that the agave, in the middle. I'm not really much on heavier sticky viennas, but this is certainty lighter, more enjoyable, easier to drink and almost refreshing. Lots of heavy cutting carbonation on this and I'm liking that too! Yeah, goes down pretty easy, I'm liking this. It may even fall into the premium lager category. Can was gone before I knew it. Pretty good stuff, right up there with Trader Joe's Premium, Michelob Amberbock and Helicon Vienna.

A 2$ can from vintage. Pour is very light pale wit a slight haze. Very fresh pale lager nose. My first taste impression is a relaxed even tempered mellow relaxed brew. Quite nice. Seriously, I can't find anything wrong with this. Its a really good example of a well made craft pale lager, no shit! I wasn't expecting much since most domestic craft brewers have lots of trouble making a very fine pleasant pale macro style lager. Co2 level is very good too! I'm sucking this down and it just may be one of the best pale lagers I've had in a very long time! Finish is serene blithe carefree nonchalant insouciant unruffled and simply enjoyable! Darn, the can is gone already! Nice job BF! I need to get a case of this stuff! Right up there with grand central St. Petian, Wiedemann's Black Cat Light and Fifty west american.

2$ can. Looks like root beer. Very malty nose. Boozy initial uptake, quiter strong flavor. Somewhat sweet, near cloying. Very little co2. Difficult. Near wheat wine. Gets a little more acceptable in the middle, maybe its the alky taking effect. Yes, as describe causing a mild spinning sensation towards the end. Gets smoother on the finish.

Wow, what a crazy mess of ingredients this can lists on its label! Pour is a slight haze on light pale. Nose appears to be mildly metallic with a lace of tart olfactory. First taste is pure medium heavy tartness and oddly, I can't seem to pick out any other flavors initially. However, in the middle, maybe I'm getting some lemon grass tartness, not sure. It just seems to be a tart beer with virtually no other flavor, so hard to describe. Virtually no sign of bitterness nor alky in this. Yea, just a tart beer; almost reminds me of some of those unflavored gueuze lambics I've had in the past. Very interesting. Good sizzle and cutting co2 on the palate. Maybe a touch of funk as well. I wasn't sure what to expect but this turned out to be a surprisingly good beer tasting session!

Can from vintage. Slight haze on pale. Nose is certainly fresh typical pils hop perfume. Taste is a little more bitter than I like but its not as piercing bitter as many poorly made domestic pils. Decent co2. It's Italian? A chi importa? Dire che è italiano è solo un altro espediente per vendere, amico mio, non cascateci.
