Bottle. Bit hazy light golden. Indeed soft lemon and basil, also quite some wheat and soft yeast, dishwashing liquid. Light sweet, lighter bitter and a light sour finish. Medium bodied. Not great, but they make worse at this brewery.

Bottle from classic range, not sure how this is different from their other ranges. Almost black. A bit earthy, roasted malts, dead leaves, yeasty, blackberries. Over light sweet and bitter. A bit lighter bodied. It’s OK.

50cl bottle I bought at the Strasbourg train station in April 2022. How's that for luck? Pours a clear gold with some filmy white head. Nose has candy and malt, doughy, earthy too. Flavor has a real terroir to it, malt, earth, candy, corn, dough. Some soap too. Finishes creamy, great body. Off dry.
