2024 750mL bottle from the brewery, drunk 6/6/25.
Hint of haze in this apricot-maize body. Large, apricot head, slowly to ring.
Beautiful, vivacious fruit with some oaky strength to it and rich, maltiness balancing the big lacto character. The fruit is done incredibly well, and there's funk and rustic grain, with nothing weird nor any acetic character.
Excellent fruit in the mouth with big oak, big tart acids and a rich, malty body to help soak it all up. Definitely tends acidic and reminds heavily of something like Fuzzy, which is high praise.

Brewery draught, 4/24/25.
Clear, I think. Dark. Small, light tan head.
Coffee is the most prominent adjunct. But the vanilla and coconut bring up the rest pretty well. Light roast, mild milk chocolate. No booze. Doesn't seem overly malty. But at least it's not sugary.
Interesting stuff. Lots of coconut. Very chewy, very low sweetness. Very latte-like with creamy vanilla and milk chocolate. Low roast, no booze. Pushing it on the coffee but my biggest complaint is that this tastes like it could be 6% abv. Needs way more malt depth for its size. Adjuncts are well done and tastefully done.

Nitro draught at the brewery, 4/24/25.
Solid nitro pour, clear. Firm head.
Good acidity, fruity, mild oak with seemingly good malt depth. Lactic, primarily, with a touch of Brett, but no harshness to the lacto. Good aging.
Soft, creamy, lightly oaky with fruity Brett and lacto. Saison-like Sacchs with a big malt body, well-attenuated. Lingering juicy fruits with more oak and stone fruit. Vanilla, mild oxidation. Holy shit, this is legit! Who the F are these guys??

Can (4/8/22) pour from trade with AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! It's an opaque dark yellow-light brown with finger-width head of white foamy head with fair retention and light lacing. Aroma and taste are similar with mango, dank vegetal and sweet malt. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, decent strength and complexity.

Can (2/21/22) pour from trade with AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! It's an opaque, milky dark yellow with no sparkle, finger-width off-white foamy head with poor retention and nice soapy lacing. Aroma is moderately strong citrus and grape with mild pine. Taste is strong white grape, citrus and mild pine. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with thick texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, neither the strongest flavor nor aroma and not that juicy but still above average.

750 ml picked up at the brewery. Aroma is funky yeast, musty character and mild apricot. Flavor has a mild lingering tartness throughout the beer. Oak with apricot is here but certainly not the main character. Decent funk. Pretty well developed brew. Very nice surprise!

16 oz. Picked up at the brewery. Dated 02/21/22. Aroma and flavor is Nelson Sauvin through and through. Straw, white grape, citrus. Lots of lingering white grape with some citrus. Juicy texture. I personally love this hop variety. Sooooo… I really dig this. Hop is displayed extremely well.

16 oz. can. Dated: 04/08/22. Aroma is pineapple and mango-ish characters. Flavor liens on the tropical fruit character. Small malt backbone that does show some alcohol after the sip. A mild pine bitterness to counter. Pretty good.
