Jan. ’16. A 0.5 l can. Although I promised myself while on a trip not to waste time on NAs and Radlers, this one was not on the site so I picked it up for the Frühstück. It poured a clear deep golden body with medium to big head. Cornflakes, hay, lightly cooked malt aroma. Bread and hay flavor, very lightly sweet. Thin of course, with shorter finish that surprisingly had some dry herbal note to it. Turned out to be completely fine for what it is.

Can. Clear yellow color with white head. Aroma is straw, hay, grassy, vegetables. Taste is the same, quite sweet. Surprisingly low carbonation. Meh.

Golden, clear body, with a big, frothy, rocky, lacing, white head.
Aroma of grains, grass, cardboard, corn, malt sweetness.
Tastes of grass, flowers, honey, some bread, some herbs.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes medium bitter, medium sweet, floral, a bit herbal, slightly bready.
OK. Except some cardboard notes in the nose, quite clean and fresh. Actually drinks quite good for an alc free beer, I’ve had much worse.

Hazy golden coloured body with a bright orange glow and a thin off-white head that fades relatively fast. Aroma of yeast, light spices, wheat, malt, sugar and a trace of grain - nice. Light-bodied; Strong yeast, wheat and wort flavours with some nice flowers and grain noticeable along with a small bit of caster sugar sweetness. Aftertaste is light and airy with some sweetness noticeable, a little grain and the smallest hint of salt. Overall, nice to sample this one, and it looked good in the bottle and went nicely all the way to the very end - nice to sample this style locally! I sampled this narrow 50 cL bottle purchased yesterday here in the centre of Wien, Austria at Spar [Gourmet] on 21-March-2016 for €1,09 sampled in my apartment hotel on 22-March-2016 a day later in central Wien, Austria on 22-March-2016.

0,33l bottle at home thanks to my gf. BB 12/2015. yellow clear shiny color, small white head. smells of vegetables, spinach, quite peppery, spices. quite unpleasant smell. medium body, bubbly carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes again of vegetables, peppery, a bit cardboardish, some bitter herbs. finishes a bit dry and with some herbal and veggie notes. not good.

Pours a clear golden color, topped with a fine white frothy head. Mild grainy/grassy aroma. Taste slightly sweet at first, gentle but nice bitterness in the finish. Light (not watery), crisp and clean. Refreshing and easily drinkable. Very decent (macro) lager.
