Bottle from Half Time. Pours gold with a creamy, foamy white head. Aroma is lightly bready with something like a wet cotton cloth. Med minus body. It’s lightly sweet, and there’s something like earthy bitter. Kind of light toffee with something bitter added. I think it gets a little better with each quaff. It’s certainly drinkable. Just not all that pleasant.

Can from Half Time. Pours gold with a slight creamy white head. Aroma is mildly bready with a hint of grass. Near med body. Not much flavor, but it is rather clean. Very light malt and very very light grass. Maybe a touch of paper in the end, but if so it’s also very light. Just not much to this.

Originally rated May 2006. Comes in a very sexy clear bottle, for those who like to drink beer from the bottle. Good grip on it. Pours a golden colour with a small white head. Not much retention, but at least, some lacing is left. Big grain malt scent. Thin, watery mouthfeel. Very light taste of malt with some metallic notes. Mild corn in the aftertaste. Not very good, nor refreshing as it supposed to be. I prefer Molson’s competition... A Marca Bavaria.

Tried it on vacation in the Dominican Republic, served in a plastic cup. Not a very good lager.

Wässrig-herber Abgang ohne besondere Aromen, erfrischend, langweilig. Trinkbarer Brasilianer. 7/6/7/6/5/6

33cl bottle. Pours a light golden with bubbles and no head. It smells of vegetable oil and sweetcorn with perhaps a faint hint of hay. The taste is of more of that unpleasant vegetable oil. The palate has a thin body, a thin structure and no real conclusion at the end. Overall, if there is one thing worse than a tasteless beer, it’s an unpleasantly tasting beer and this is one of those. It needs to be served even colder than normal to overcome the unpleasantness.
