Draft. A- Light, fruity. A- Dark pink color, hazy liquid, pink head. T- Dragon fruit, weak. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, light finish. O- Very light flavor. Some dragon fruit but that's such a weak flavored fruit anyways, let alone in a beer. Okay.

Sample @ GABF 2019. Pours a brown color with a small off-white head. Has a roasted malty nutty coffee aroma. Roasted malty chocolate nutty coffee flavor. Has a roasted malty coffee nutty flavor.

Draft/Fest. A- Dank, citrus. A- Gold color, cloudy liquid, white head. T- Citrus, pine, bitter, soapy. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Pretty standard and juicy ipa. Alright.

Draft/Fest. A- Malty. A- Copper color, clear liquid, off white head. T- Nutty, malty, earthy. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, nutty finish. O- Dry, nutty and roasty pretty much sums it up here.

Draft/Fest. A- Roasty, char. A- Black color, black liquid, brown head. T- Roasty, char, bitter, cocoa. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, roasty finish. O- Pretty traditional and hits all the key points. Decent enough.

Draft/Fest. A- Cherry, cocoa. A- Dark brown color, dark liquid, beige head. T- Cherry, cake, frosting, cocoa. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Did hit the black forest cake flavor. Not super complex but the flavor more or less gets what it's after.

Draft/Fest. A- Scotch, mild smoke, woodsy, caramel. A- Brown color, cloudy liquid, off white head. T- Scotch, tangy, cherry, oak. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, complex finish. O- Better than expected. Nice scotch like nose but the taste has some definite oak tang. I like where this one is going.

Deep dark brown coloured body with a thinnish, very fast-dying tan or perhaps light brown coloured head with no real movement. Aroma of rich hazelnuts, brewed coffee, deep milk chocolate along with a dash of earth, peat and a healthy hand of toasted malts - very nice in the nose. Medium-bodied; Super pungent flavour of brewed coffee, strong hazelnuts with almonds and walnuts with a lot of milk chocolate and lactose as well, but the malt and robust body shows the strongest, in a great way. Aftertaste shows the pungent grain and earthiness with a lot of nutty qualities along with a bunch of sweetness from nuts, chocolate and caramelised sugars, but the coffee shows very nicely at the end. Overall, a very nice, balanced and incredibly flavourful (compared to the alcohol content) beer for the style and overall. Great to sample before heading back out to the MidWest, this time to South Dakota for the first time in my (or my wife/kids as well) life! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Hy-Vee [grocery] in Lincoln, Nebraska on 20-January-2020 for US$1,67 sampled at my house here in Washington before heading back out West on 23-June-2020.

Draft/Fest. A- Cocoa, roasty. A- Black color, black liquid, light brown head. T- Roasty, cocoa, molasses. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, roasty finish. O- Okay. More regular stout than imperialized. Not a lot happening but not offensive by any means.
