Draft. A- Whisky, caramel sauce. A- Brown color, cloudy liquid, off white head. T- Caramel, whiskey, malty, oak. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- This was a big pleasant surprise! I expected it to be watery and lacking depth. The appearance wasn't anything to smile about but I was pleased. The aroma is like a rich whisky infused roll covered in caramel sauce. Delightful. The taste matched with a bit more of the oak coming forward and a touch of booziness. Very impressed with it considered my expectations going in.

Draft/Fest. A- Grains. A- Yellow color, clear liquid, white head. T- Grains. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, bland finish. O- Tasted clean and somewhat crisp but still needed just a bit of fine tuning to turn it into a really quality pils.

Draft/Fest. A- Malty. A- Copper color, clear liquid, tan head. T- Malty. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, malty finish. O- I don't drink a lot of scottish ales for the reason that they are pretty boring. This was no exception although it fit the style well. Basically a malt and bready brew.

Draft/Fest. A- Strawberry puree. A- Pinkish orange color, cloudy liquid, off white head. T- Lemon, strawberry, wheat, mild tartness. P-Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Lots of strawberry and seemingly natural. Decent but I wish it had a bit more tang or tartness to it. Refreshing nonetheless.

Draft. A- Rotten pineapple, tang. A- Yellow color, hazy liquid, minimal head. T- Pineapple, tart, sunny d. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Refreshing and I get plenty of pineapple and tangerine. Not too sour but it does taste a little artificial.

O- Like pure passionfruit nectar. Refreshing and delicious. Just barely sour or tart but not sweet or artificial. Really nice. Wish I would've gulped down a few glasses of this but tickers gotta tick.

Super bright pink and almost ruby in colour with a very thin, barely covering off-white head with barely any movement. Aroma of citrus, cranberries, tart funk, brett and perhaps some pomegranates, but fairly light throughout. Light-bodied; Strong fruity flavours dominate at first with a light citrus and cranberry, tart flavour showing a tiny bit of sourness and a very light malt bite. Aftertaste shows the dry, herbal quality with some light fruits, a touch of grain and more tart and fresh pomegranate and cranberry notes that ends nicely with some good flavours at the end. Overall, a very subdued and understated beer throughout with only the cranberry and pomegranate notes to pull this through - there is no malt, alcohol or anything substantive to make this a bigger beer - this shows as a fruit beer or a berliner Weiss, but not as a Wild/Sour at all. Nice to sample, but comparing this to others is not fair - this would be nice in 100deg F heat, but does it ever get that hot in Nebraska? I sampled this twelve ounce pour on draught at the brewpub/taproom in Lincoln, Nebraska on 12-March-2018 for US$5,00.

Crystal clear coloured peach and copper tinted body with a thinnish, single centimetre tall tan head. Aroma of yeast, bananas, light funk, grass, herbs and a big dose of coriander seed and curacao - nice and almost shows more as a Tripel in the nose than a saison! Light to Medium-bodied; Strong grassy and herbal flavours throughout with a nice funky yeast and light spicey character, showing some of the more pungent yeast, along with some more mellowed alcohol pungency and a dose of curacao and full oranges as well at the tail end. Aftertaste shows the grainy and herbal notes with the yeast the strongest, but some light grassier flavours and a subtle orange sweetness brings out more of the saison-y side of things. Overall, a nice and relatively subdued, yet still flavourful, saison that really almost hits harder as a Belgian Trip than a Saison in most ways, but nice to try! I sampled this twelve ounce pour on draught at the Brewery/TapRoom in Lincoln, Nebraska on 13-March-2018 for US$5,00.
