And that’s exactly what we’ve created. With an honest, transparent approach to making awesome ciders, we connect our guests with local suppliers that make our flavours possible—like crisp apples from Stirling Farms and wild blueberries from Oxford, NS. We don’t do what’s easy or expected. We do what feels right, and what works for our fans, friends, and extended Dartmouth family.

On tap at Lake City Cider. Pours clear pale ruby. Sweet red apple skins on the nose. Flavour has red apple skins and a thin balding patch where the beer is, providing dead grass and soggy malts. For an internal collaboration I was expecting this to be a bit better integrated.

On tap at Lake City Cider. Pours clear blonde. Crisp and juicy pears on the nose. Flavour has loads of juicy pears. Not much depth here, but the pears are very well-expressed. Not bad.

On tap at Lake City Cider. Pours clear pink-blonde. Very light apple skins on the nose. Flavour has light apple skins, herbal grass. It's fine, though a pretty unimpressive cider.

On tap at Lake City Cider. Pours clear pinkish blonde. Sweet red apple skins on the nose. Flavour has red apple skins, some cinnamon spice. Only vague hints of watermelon. Too many excess sugars. Not a very good cider.

Pale yellow. The aroma is quite candyish, actually. It's pale. It's light, off-dry, with a mellow apple. I don't necessarily see much in this - too eating apple, not bringing much to the table.

Poured from 750mL bottle (2024 vintage). Clear pale blonde with quickly dissipating white head. Soft sweet apple, simple, basic, okay.

750mL bottle, pours a clear colour with a small white head. Aroma is faint, with light champagne-like effervescence and a touch of crisp apple skins. Flavour is mostly dry, but there is some gentle residual sweetness and light champagne-like effervescence. Very simple, clean, and has a nice sparkling quality. Decent but nothing more.
