Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a very pale yellow color with a large foamy white head that lingered and left great lacing. The aroma was very tart, very bitter and had notes of grapefruit and cactus. The flavor was tangy, bitter and tart with grapefruit, cactus, almost catbox and a sour undertone. long finish. Medium body. Meh.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a dark amber color with a large creamy-soapy white head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was hickory, a touch of smoke and dark fruits. The flavor was hickory, beechwood, a hint of smoke, a malty undertone and dark fruits. Medium length finish. Medium body. Tasty.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a hazy caramel color with a medium sized creamy orange-tan head that lingered forever and left good lacing. The aroma was tangy, somewhat bitter, astringent and then followed with notes of honey, bread, pineapple and an herbal presence. The flavor was tangy and a bit medicinal and astringent with notes of tobacco, wood, pineapple and a bitter herbal undertone. Long finish. Moderately full bodied. Interesting.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a crystal clear very pale yellow color with a huge fluffy yellow-white head that lingered and left decent lacing. The aroma was tropical fruits, lemongrass and tangy cactus. The flavor was tangy tropical fruits, cactus, lemongrass and cracker. Not much of a saison presence at all. Long finish. Medium body. Ok.

The aroma was fairly sweet with strong cinnamon and a bit of sugar. The flavor was moderately sweet with moderate cinnamon and nutmeg and a bit of sugar and bread. Medium length finish. Medium body. Decent.

Sampled from a 22 oz brown bottle this beer poured a hazy yellow-gold color with a small soapy white head that lingered and left a bit of lacing. The aroma was sweet honey, pear, brad, apricot and was a bit tangy. The flavor was tangy and very yeasty with notes of sugar, bread dough, a bit of dust,and golden fruits. Turns a bit tangy towards the long finish. Medium body. Well done.
