Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a hazy yellow-gold color with a large foamy white head that lingered and left excellent lacing. The aroma was tart and fruity with notes of white wine, ginger ale and cherry. The flavor was tart and sour with a cider vinegar element followed by chardonnay, ginger ale and cherry. Long finish. Medium body. Odd but interesting. Points for creativity.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a hazy bright yellow-gold color with a small creamy white head that left great lacing. The aroma was tart, bitter, tangy and citric. The flavor was tart and bitter with citrus, perfume, grapefruit and agave. Medium length hoppy finish. Medium body. Ok.

The aroma was somewhat faint but sweet, tangy and malty with notes of toffee and golden fruits. The flavor was sweet, golden fruits, malty, toffee, bread and had a tangy undertone. Medium length finish. Medium body. Solid.

The aroma was sweetish with grapefruit and yeast. The flavor was tangy, grapefruit, a bit yeasty, wheaty and cracker. Medium length grapefruit finish. Medium body. Decent.

The aroma was very tart, very bitter and had notes of grapefruit and cactus. The flavor was tangy, bitter and tart with grapefruit, cactus, almost catbox and a sour undertone. long finish. Medium body. Meh.

The flavor was hickory, beechwood, a hint of smoke, a malty undertone and dark fruits. Medium length finish. Medium body. Tasty.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a hazy caramel color with a medium sized creamy orange-tan head that lingered forever and left good lacing. The aroma was tangy, somewhat bitter, astringent and then followed with notes of honey, bread, pineapple and an herbal presence. The flavor was tangy and a bit medicinal and astringent with notes of tobacco, wood, pineapple and a bitter herbal undertone. Long finish. Moderately full bodied. Interesting.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a crystal clear very pale yellow color with a huge fluffy yellow-white head that lingered and left decent lacing. The aroma was tropical fruits, lemongrass and tangy cactus. The flavor was tangy tropical fruits, cactus, lemongrass and cracker. Not much of a saison presence at all. Long finish. Medium body. Ok.

The aroma was fairly sweet with strong cinnamon and a bit of sugar. The flavor was moderately sweet with moderate cinnamon and nutmeg and a bit of sugar and bread. Medium length finish. Medium body. Decent.

The aroma was booze, sugar, candied dark fruits and toffee. The flavor was toffee, candied dark fruits, bread dough, tobacco and a bit of alcohol showing through. Medium length finish. Moderately full bodied. Solid.
