Made with backyard-grown hops. Vibrant copper-amber colour. Thin head. Has a strong blueberry aroma. Soft, somewhat watery body. Actually has a low bitterness. Very fresh red currant and salmonberry and blueberry hop taste, balanced by a mild hop signature. Despite expectations of a hop bomb, this one’s charmed me.

I had one called Shamrock Stout, but it's still an Irish stout from Paddy's so I'll run with it. Dark brown colour, nitro head. Coffeeish aroma with a hint of cream. Thinnish, slightly fizzy body. This tastes of weak coffee and slightly leafy hop.

Dark amber colour. Aroma is light with chocolate, blueberry, crystal malt. On the palate, toasty, slightly toffeeish crystal malts play off of a background of grapefruity hops and moderate (30-32 IBUs) bitterness. Finish is earthy, slightly sweeter.

Dark amber colour. Malty aroma is toffeeish with orange, cherry esters and raisin bread. Light bodied with a good dose of smoke, hints of cherry, toffee. For its strength, this really tastes like a mild. A fun one at that.
