Bottle from Bo Brooksβ Lighthouse Liquors, Baltimore. Near black, with a frothy, off-white, head. Big, plain chocolate character, some toasted malts and plenty of hops in the finish. Good.

Bottle from Total Wines. A fairly run of the mill pumpkin ale, red in colour, hazy and sweet, with a touch of spice in the finish. Fine.

Pours hazy gold into a tulip. White head with medium retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Dusty caramel aromas. Thick, juicifruit upfront turning to tangerine in the syrupy resin finish.

12oz bottle pours a hazy orange with lots of fluffy, lacing white head. Nose has a ton of juicy citrus, white grape too, orange juice, even a little fresh pineapple, guava too. Flavor has a balance of ripe fruits and mild citrus, guava, mango, pineapple, Asian pear, orange, mild pine. The rye hits with flicks of spiciness at the end. Dry finish. Another winner from Otter Creek.

Strong cat piss aroma, as if the cat had gotten into an asparagus patch. My cat loves asparagus, so I know how this smells. Very pungent! Hazy amber, medium head, good lacing. Lilly and cat piss flavor initially which gives way to malt hiding underneath, a welcome transition. Medium body easy carbonation. Well made, and certainly interesting, but I really donβt like the hop bill.

12oz. bottle. Aroma is a metric ton of fruits; oranges, citrus pith, grape fruits and some green onion or scallion notes.
The flavor is bold hop flavors but showcasing juicy fruits. Pineapple, orange, grapefruit rind with a touch of pine. The body has just enough malt to not have it totally unbalanced. The texture is slick with mild resin toward the finish. Carbonation is normal with a medium body. This is just plain, tasty!
