La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido appare opalescente e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è ambrato torbido. Il corpo è medio. L'amaro è poco incisivo. L'intensità gustativa è normale. Sul tetto della bocca arrivano sentori di miele, mais, cereali, metallo, stantio e aromi dello scantinato.

Il cappello di schiuma è minimal, costituito da bollicine a grana medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è medio. L'amaro è contenuto. Sul palato si fermano note di miele, fieno bagnato, metallo e cereali.

Bottiglia. Sentori di orzo tostato vanno va a dare soddisfazione al naso. L'olfatto viene sollecitato in maniera elevata, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma è di persistenza breve. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il liquido è di aspetto cristallino e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è media. Il colore è ramato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è deciso. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Sulla lingua si fermano impressioni di caramello, miele, cereali e frutta secca.
