Aroma is moderate malty, toffee, sweet - honey ? Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. (290708)

Clear golden with tiny white short lasting head. Sweet fruity aroma with mild hoppy notes. Sweet flavor with fruity and caramel notes. Ends sweet.

Cask, 4.1% at GBBF08. Almost clear golden colour. Very small white head. Good citric flavour, a bit of orange juice. Low to medium bitterness. Very refreshing.

Cloudy, brass-golden body. Mild floral aroma. Fruity hints in taste with a punch of toasted malt. A very light summer beer with oily notes on the swallow (hand-pulled cask, GBBF 07.08.2008).

(Cask at GBBF, London, 6 Aug 2008) Greenish yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of grassy hops and toffee. Malty, grassy taste with toffee and tropical fruit. Fairly sweet with an almost Bohemian character. Decent beer.

Cask@GBBF2008. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is nectar, wood and some hints of grass. Flavour is much the same. Balanced, but quite boring.

(Cask at Market Porter, Borough, London, 4 Aug 2008) Copper colour with very brief head. Malty, fruity, nutty nose with dried fruit and dusty hops. Malty, nutty taste with notes of dried fruit, caramel and dusty hops in a modestly bitter finish. Nice balance. Decent beer.

Cask handpull at The Ship & Mitre pub beer festival, Liverpool. Slight hazy copper with lasting off white head. Malty fruity bitter, small bit of chemical/bleach on aroma, but fine in mouth. Good fruit, jammy. Dryness on finish comes from the hops.

Cask handpull at Ship & Mitre BF, Liverpool. Gold, thin beige head. Weird. Distinctive yeasty character. Some fruit. Bit odd. No off aromas or flavours. Smells like a sauvignon blanc from the lower Loire like a Tourraine perhaps. Crazy.
