We are a fiercely independently owned craft brewery… And we’re damn proud of it! Great Lakes celebrated 34 years in the craft beer business in 2021, making us one of the oldest independent craft breweries in Canada.

We specialize in producing flavourful beers that will be sure to awaken your taste buds with each sip. Pale yellow lager with a collapseable white head. Chalky corny aroma. Tatstes like chalky Lakers light....damned, it is a Lakers clone, thus the name. Sorry to my Montreal brethren for giving them this swill.

Straw color with fast fading white head. Corny grainy nose and palate.......

A dark reddish amber, with a faint malt accent and a quick finish. .......

Very mainstream, carbonic, grainy. Only in Ontario is it so difficult to tell what is a microbrew and what is not.
