Taster at the brewery. Almost clear, gold colored. AROMA- floral, herbal, a bit fruity, malt, grain. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, moderately bitter, the same as aroma. Medium bodied. Very good.

Taster at the brewery. Almost clear, reddish amber colored. AROMA- toasted, grain, honey, caramel, touch of noble hops. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, lightly bitter, earthy, touch of cardboard, caramel, honey, grain. Medium bodied. Average one.

Nitro taster at the brewery. Lightly cloudy, copper to brown colored. AROMA- toasted, caramel, biscuits. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, slightly bitter, caramel, toasted, earthy. Medium bodied. Good. Definitely closer to Mild Ale than Pale Ale.

Taster at the Mascot, Toronto. Hazy, gold colored. AROMA- juicy, exotic tropical fruit, carrot, sugar candies. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, moderately bitter, some alcohol, juicy, citrusy, persimon, mango, alcohol, exotic fruit. Medium to fuller bodied. Very good.
