Two bottles in a very nice French restaurant on Cockfosters. A good pour with a thick and very long lasting head. This had a chunky mouthfeel and strong flavours of yeast that were a perfect foil for the rich shin of pork dish that I had for my lunch. The abv was high, but this was akin to a wine and all the better for it. A good nose and a very nice taste. It really needed food.

Bottle - Intense fruity lychee and perfume. Clear gold with a decent white head. Orange, perfumy, lychee and some bitterness. So very perfumy but still nice in a weird way.

Meget nem at helde indpå.
