330ml bottle into tulip. Sweet spice nose, cinnamon and cloves. Amber beer with fluffy white head. Light carbonation. Lightly spritzy mouthfeel. Taste is cleansing hop bitterness. Superb finish, like a supercharged hefeweizen. Cloves, banana, cream, lemon; it lingers like an acid drop. Very good beer indeed.

Pours clear golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, dried fruits, alcohol and yeast. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long warm, yeasty and dried fruity finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle, 75cl corked. A big, white head leaves some lacing over a slighlty hazy golden body. Sort of chalky, funky nose with fruityness and some white sugar. Boring, and that goes for the flavor too. Some cellarish, corked notes in the flavor, and with some pale malts and white sugar in the back. Fruityness and some bitterness. Medium body, a bit low on carbonation. Long fruity finish with a touch of metal. Boring. 150814

Bottle at Craig’s. Pours pale gold with a thick white head. Aromas of higher alcohols, lemon, bread. Taste is light bready sweet. Dry finish.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 25A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch L1067/02/12/14. AROMA: slight sweet malt aroma with a spicy and slightly citric character. APPEARANCE: gold color and translucent. creamy medium white head with average retention and lacing. TASTE: spicy (herbs and som e pepper), slight floral and malty flavour. Medium bitterness with an almost dry finish. PALATE: medium body with medium-high carbonation. OVERALL: an average belgian-like ale.

18.06.2015 -- a bottle from casino geant in st louis. pours a clear golden yellow with a huge white head and nice lacing. nose of banana, belgian yeast, flowers. flavour of fruits, honey, citrus. oily texture. not bad, but where are the promised hops? 05.12.2018 -- 0.33l bottle in an advent calender from casino geant, bb 31.03.2020. belgian yeast, malts, coriander, candied oranges, very much like a belgian "ipa" (leffe, etc.). ok.
