Tap ar brewery Tap room. Deep amber color with beige head. Aroma of caramel malt , fruity esters, almost no hops. Taste is the same.

Tap at brewery Tap room. Amber color with thick white head. Aroma of moderate smoked malt, bready malt, light caramel, noble hops. Taste is moderate smoked malty, bready, light caramel, light hops in finish. Very good.

Tap at the brewery. Medium body, medium carbo. Medium bitterness, light sweetness, pretty clean feeling. Moderate caramelly maltiness, moderate smoke. Seems to me like a combo of oak/beech smoke, not clearly going in one direction. Works well, pretty tasty, also well integrated with the rest of malt. Clear deep amber colour, very attractive, also nice dimpled mug glass. Stable white head. A solid rauch, not overly complex, but nice and clean, drinkable, tasty. Very good.

Tap at the brewery. Hazy reddish brown colour. Thin body, medium carbo. Medium sugary sweetness, light sourness, low bitterness. Med-light chocolate and light cherry flavours. Cherry feels a bit artificial, definitely nonfermented. Overall a bit empty feeling, could use much more complexity. Drinkable, but boring.

Tap at the brewery. Medium body, light diacetyl, medium carbo. Medium bitterness, light sweetness. Moderate combination of yeasty esters, general fruity hops character, a bit overripe feeling, a bit of grassy and earthy quality too. Overall feeling a bit stale. Drinkable, average micro.

Tap at the brewery. Medium body, medium carbonation. Med-high bitterness, med-light sweetness. Once again mostly characterless, with only faint grassy zesty hops character, no NZ feeling. Med-light bready grainy maltiness present. Overall feels just weirdly neutral though, meh.

Tap at the brewery. Medium body, medium carbonation. Med-high bitterness, light sweetness. Med-light diacetyl and also med-light medicinal chlorophenol. Little hoppy or malty goodness present. Just moderate overripe general fruitiness. Average at best.

Tap at the brewery. Definitely more red than NE. Clear, rich
red colour, moderately stable white head. Rather thin body, dry feeling, light sweetness. Medium bitterness, medium carbonation. Hops character also mysteriously missing, same as in their Brut IPA. Maybe a weird new direction of brewing, hops-less IPAs. Pretty pleasant overall though, subtle and nuanced, with candy, light caramel, red fruits, a hint of dried fruits and toast. Easy drinking and good, but very hard to imagine how it was conceived.

Tap at the brewery. Very weird, quite yeasty, with doughy and phenolic character. Little to no hops character. Medium bitterness, low sweetness, pretty dry feeling. Med body, med carbonation. Kinda good, but not a brut IPA at all. Weird.

Tap at the brewery. Med-full body, medium carbonation. Med-high bitterness, med-light sweetness. Actually a pleasant surprise that it is rather dry and not overly sweet. There is ample roast, but low coffee, actually rather chocolatey, cocoa. Hops in the background. Med-light dark fruits, dried fruits. This is a pretty good beer, nice!
