Tap at Festival minipivovaru na Hrade. Brewed with fresh hops, this must be quite the aged one. Feels very fresh though, very classic, very clean, medium grassy Saaz center, with light fruitiness too. Works well, easy drinking, very good.

Draught pour at the brewpub. Pours a cloudy dark amber with a large white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of butterscotch, caramel, bread & malt. Medium body. Slightly dry light bitter finish. Enjoyable

Draught pour at the brewpub. Pours a very dark brown with a off white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of dark chocolate, coffee, oak, brown bread & roasted malt. Medium body. Moderate bitter finish. Enjoyable

330ml Swing top Bottle from Brewpub in Prague. It was in October 2019. Polotmavy special ktorego nie nalezy pic samemu klasyfikowany jako doppelbock. A blizej mu do sour ale, lambika oude kriek czy nawet starego Liefmansa oud Bruin. Wyglad kremowa waniliowej barwy piana spora ale malo trwala, wybuchlo glosno, sporo przez ten czas wytworzyło sie dwutlenku wegla ze 1/5 piwa poszla na straty. czerwone z lekka metnoscia i kasztanowo-brazowym odcieniem. ocet winny, balsamiczny. Smak istna bomba przede wszystkim mocny i ostey kwasno wisniowo zorawinowy smak. Alko doskonale ukryte. niemal jak wino czy wisniowy Lambic. No i cala chochla octu. Jest tak kwasne i octowe ze nie jednemu wykrzywi usta, a moze spowoduje nawet odruch wymiotny. Ekstremalnie odjadowe piwo. Ciesze sie ze ta i zaroiwno podstawka ocalala w plecaku.
