Bottle pour at Holm, pours a hazy pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out muffled barnyard funk, apple skins and a touch of toffee sweetness. Flavour is bone dry, with lots of barnyard funk, gentle sweetness and a touch of oxidation. Muffled and a bit messy. Decent.

Glass by bottle @ Holm Cider in Copenhagen. Clear pale yellow golden body under a small white head. Aroma has apple with cellar notes. Taste is medium sweet apple, oak, cellar notes and some acidity. Medium body and same aftertaste. Decent cider a bit in the middle of road taste wise.

ABV: 7.5%. Clear light to medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, apple skin, red apples, light vanilla. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, sweet apples, red apples. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20201003]
