Bottle as Oktober Cider. Pours transparent golden yellow with small white foamy head. Aroma is sour apples, red apples, fermented apples, yeast and vinegar. Taste is mild sweet, and very acidic. Body is watery with sparkling carbonation. Finish is long and mostly acidic with crisp notes of sour apples, yeast and vinegar. Very crisp and refreshing. Slightly better than the September Cider

Bottle from Havnens Vin Og Tobakhus. Pours cloudy pinkish red with medium white head. Aroma is sour apples, fresh green apples, vinegar, yeast, and hints of black currants. Taste is light sweet, and very acidic. Body is dry and crisp with medium carbonation. Finish is long and mostly acidic with notes of sour apples, green apples, unripe apples, vinegar, and sour black currants. Very crisp and refreshing. Don't expect a sweet glass

Taste is mild sweet, and very acidic. Body is watery with sparkling carbonation. Finish is long and very acidic with crisp notes of sour apples, almonds, and vinegar. Very crisp and refreshing.

Bottle pour at Holm, pours a hazy pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out muffled barnyard funk, apple skins and a touch of toffee sweetness. Flavour is bone dry, with lots of barnyard funk, gentle sweetness and a touch of oxidation. Muffled and a bit messy. Decent.

Glass by bottle @ Holm Cider in Copenhagen. Clear pale yellow golden body under a small white head. Aroma has apple with cellar notes. Taste is medium sweet apple, oak, cellar notes and some acidity. Medium body and same aftertaste. Decent cider a bit in the middle of road taste wise.

ABV: 7.5%. Clear light to medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, apple skin, red apples, light vanilla. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, sweet apples, red apples. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20201003]

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Small head with short duration. Color is pale yellow. Aroma and taste are green apples, fruits, juice and has a nice dry finish.
