Description
Set in a custom-built oak beam building with an entire wall of floor to ceiling windows the Brewery houses 12 wood clad, steel fermentation tanks brewing a rotating range of 5 real ales and supplies our own Farm Shop and Pub, both a mere 15 yard stroll from the Brewery. All beers are available as cans, casks, bag-in-boxes or growlers.

[ As Three Daggers Daggers Edge ].
ABV: 4.7%. Clear medium yellow amber colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, hay, straw, caramel, fruity hops, old hops, apple. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, apple, sweet malt, hay, straw, caramel, floral notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20190723]

10/7/2019. Cask at the 30th Ealing Beer Festival. Pours pale amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of caramel, malt, hops, citrus, peach and wet straw. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation.

Cask at PoW, Farnborough. Hay and grass aroma, with a sour edge. Golden amber. Thin white head - an archipelago of tiny bubbles. Medium bitter with a marmalade sweetness. More hoppy than expected. Medium bodied. Slick. Average carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Lively gold. Not too bad.
