375mL bottle, pours a clear golden yellow. Aroma is full of complex stewed apples, toffee, and candy apple. Flavour is complex, with deep stewed apple, toffee, candy apple, nice sugars, and a subtle tartness to balance. Rich, complex, well-constructed. Lovely.

Poured from 375mL bottle. Clear gold with no head. Mild stewed apples, not quite the complexity of the great QC ice ciders, but quite nice.

375mL bottle. Pours clear gold. Apple skins, stewed apples, and nice caramelization on the nose. Flavour is rich and sweet, apple skins lending a gentle tartness, and lots of caramelization and stewed apples. Apple character is deep, lots of complexity; the gentle tartness from the apple skins is an excellent complement. Fantastic.

Bottle: Poured a deep gold color cider with aroma of sweet apple notes. Taste is dominated by sweet apple pie with limited complexity, i.e. no apple pie notes and sugar note are pretty straightforward. Still very enjoyable though maybe not as complex as I would like it to be.

2026 rating. Bright amber. Still. Tart, nice bit of brown sugar, with good balance and juiciness. Solid effort.
2006 rating. Hazy amber colour. Still. Straightforward brown sugar and apple skin notes. Very sweet, almost like ice cider, though certainly not that complex. Soft and rounded, with light caramel accents. Decent dessert cider.

Very pale greenish-yellow. Sweet, simple candy apple aroma. Sweet apple juice start, leading to a slightly dry finish with notes of alcohol and apple skin. Timid and industrial-tasting.
