Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, fruity, moderate yeasty, soap - perfume notes, ash notes, light alcoholic, cake (kransekage). Flavor is heavy sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light to moderate alcoholic. [20091004]

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear pale amber with a bubbly off-white head. Banana, yeast and phenols in the nose. Medium body, again banana and yeast but again a distinct and not overly pleasant phenolic touch. Dry vinous finish - white wine that is. 041009

Bottle: Pale golden with a greenish sheen, slowly diminishing mid-sized white head; distinctive sweet grainy-bready nose; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied, soft MF; sweet grainy-bready finish with a light bitter aftertaste. Good, very grain-accented brew........

(bottle) Clear, greenish golden colour with a medium sized foamy white head. Sweet and distinctively grainy and bready malty aroma plus oat flakes and traces of herbal hops. Moderately sweet flavour with a tinge of bitterness, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Grainy and slightly bready character with a light but noticeable hoppy touch. Not a very complex but tasty and refreshing Helles. Good (13.V.09).

Bottled. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel, and so is the flavor, though added a light note of alcohol.

Bottle. Bready aroma with a little hop tea. Clear dark golden colour,OK white head. The flavour is a little sweet, more hop tea, also bread. The bitterness is OK and not as unpleasant as in other alcohol free beers.

Bügelverschlußflasche. A bit hazy, honeyish-golden coloured, smaller, slowly diminishing yellowish head. Worty-fruity - lemons - nose with a tinge of toasted malt. Moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied. Sweet-malty finish with a distinctive lemony-hoppy aftertaste. Good + unusual.........
