Bügelverschlußflasche. Deep golden, visible carbonation, small, dense creamy head. Distinctive sweet-worty, almost slightly toasty nose. Moderate sweet-bitter taste, light bodied. Short worty finish with a shy, but increasing bitterness in the aftertaste. All in all quite decent for the style.......

Bottle, thanks Pivnizub. Pleasant strong banana and vanilla aroma. Cloudy yellow, creamy head. Good fruity entrance, spiced: clove and nutmeg notes. Vanilla in the finish. Mellow mouthfeel, a slightly fuller body would not have hurt.

Bügelverschlußflasche: Hazy, pale golden, visible carbonation, mid-sized, slowly diminishing white head; phenolic nose with fruity-wheaty undertones; light to moderate sweetish and also light bitter flavour, light bodied, quite soft MF; sourish-fruity finish with a bitter-hoppy touch. Not balanced, not pleasant..........

(swing top bottle) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a massive foamy white head. Sweet and minimal acidic wheat-malty nose with clovy spice and lighter notes of banana. Slightly sour and light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Yeasty and grainy wheat-malty taste with a rather restrained fruit-character but very present clovy spice, lingering into the grainy and wheaty finish. Classical Weizen (30.IX.08).

(swing top bottle) Slightly unclear, golden colour with a big foamy white head. Moderately sweet and slightly buttery malty nose with a touch of draff and cardboard. Sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a calm carbonation. Buttery and minimal papery malt-character; medium-dry, sweet malt-accented finish with faint bitter hoppy notes (29.IX.08).

(swing top bottle) Hazy, orange-golden colour with a mid-sized blonde foamy head. Moderately sweet and distinctively draffy malt aroma with notes of bread, butter and shy traces of herbal hops. Bitter-sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a soft carbonation. Slightly yeasty malt-accented, slightly bready taste with notes of draff; malty and rounded hop bitter finish with a lasting spicy hoppy aftertaste. Although good, an uncommon Pilsener, and it is quite different to the “normal” Glossner Edel-Pils (29.IX.08).

Swing-top bottle. Banana, orange, peach, clove, and wheat malt aroma - very nice. Cloudy orange-amber color with a moderate head. Banana, clove, orange and wheat malt flavor. Lighter and less sweet than aroma would lead you to believe. A decent beer - just wish the flavor was stronger.

Bügelverschlußflasche: Golden to deep golden coloured, lively carbonation, big rocky white head; moderate sweetish-fruity (bananas) and wheaty nose with a light acidity and a tinge of turpentine; moderate sweetish flavour with a little tartness, light to medium bodied; mild sweet-fruity finish with traces of tartness in the aftertaste. Not bad, but a bit boring...........
