Acquisito l'attestato di mastro birraio, le due hanno subito pensato di legare il nome dell'azienda alla loro terra, la Divina Costiera, per la sfida di proporre birra in luoghi dove la tradizione della sua ancestrale produzione era andata perduta.

Bottle. Huge head, very foamy. An odd pale, a bit watery, lots of straw, very little hops or fruit. Mostly herbal and straw notes together with some malt. Meh.

Bottle. Hazy golden pour, medium head. A bit of a funky and off feel to the aroma, apart from the wheat. Flavour is similar, unexpected barnhouse notes. Drinkable.

Bottle. Pours a deep ruby red with a small head. Aroma is sweet, grainy, lots of caramel. True scotch ale character. Medium body. Flavour is malty, lots of caramel malt and rather sweet. Taste in-between a scotch ale and a doppelbock, a bit peculiar but not bad.

Bottle from Buca Di Bacco, consumed on a bench on the Positano beach. An unfortunate portion spilled on my pants. Pours an unclear, brown color, with a big, foamy, beige head. The aroma is hay, wheat bread, apple, and cardamom. Sweet and yeasty, with a sharp bitterness. Light to medium body, with a frothy, lightly astringent palate. This is a pretty solid beer.
