Bottled@The Chriso rock the roof down pre-GBBF shindig. Hazy pale orange colour with no head. Aroma is apples, cheese and some spices. Flavour is being quite similar. A bit thin, but otherwise quite nice.

Corked bottle from Auchan, Quatre Temps, La Défense, Paris
Hazy deep blond color, no head. The aroma shows a mild woody character, very light fruits. Light apples flavor, with an evident woody astringency; dry mouthfeel in the beginning, drier and more astringent at the end. Somehow difficult, but interesting.

Bottle, 4%. Citric apple aroma. Clear light golden colour. Very small white head. The flavour is citric, with a little apple. Quite clean, only a faint apple core note in the finish.

0.75 l bottle from one of the Bio Bio shops in Split. It poured lighter orange body with smaller ocher head that went down very fast. Very pleasant aroma, some ’healthy’ sour red apples with that specific vinegar nose. I’ve felt also notes of cork. Flavor is quite full, simple apple but very pleasant, drinkable and refreshing. Interesting, as for 2% ABV one would expect much lighter body. Very nice, sweetish and a bit dry finish. Very pleasant and nice cider indeed, maybe the best I’ve had so far. Big minus is its high price so I probably won’t have it again so soon. Still, I have the feeling much more can be done in this style.

Important ! Natudis only distributes this cider under its Fertilia brand. The real cidery is from the info I’ve gathered somewhere in Belgium. I don’t know more than that. If you have more info, please edit. 0.75l green bottle, corked and caged. Opened with a very strong "pop". It poured a small white head that went away instantly over a beautiful orange body. Extremely lively carbonation. The nose was apples and vinegar. The taste.... prickly from the carbonation, I could feel the taste of red apples, with a pleasant background sourness I generally associated with green apples. Slightly tart berry and herbal feeling on the tongue. Slightly sweet. Sourish aftertaste. I don’t know much (anything) about ciders, but I like this. It tastes like some great apple juice that got carbonated. And I don’t even really like apple juice. Maybe a bit one dimensional. If it wasn’t so pricy (around, say 5 Euros), I’d want to drink this every day.

Blond color, golden hue, quite flat. Interesting nose, fresh; the taste is not really complex.
