Brown with a fleeting, foamy head. Aroma of roasted grains and dark chocolate. Taste is bittersweet, a nice blend of grainy bitterness and caramel sweetness. Body stays fairly light, texture slightly watery, my main complaint for an otherwise well made Dunkel.

Bottle from Jonas, thanks! Great brown gold light hazy color. Spicy sweet hay nose. Very big body, touch of honey like sweetness, very smooth bitterness - an excellent Kellerbier!

500ml Bottle - Hazy light orange. Banana, cloves and a hint of toffee in the aroma. The taste is slightly tangy with notes of banana, cloves and vanilla.

Dark brownish. Aroma is sweet chesnut, caramel, some slightly burnt sugar, a bit of glasshouse. Taste is sweet caramel with bitter base and pistacchio finish. Not so balanced. Still rich and flavoured. Ok.
