Bottled. Golden colour, small white head, which disappears quite fast. Aroma is apples, some sweetness, mild tart wooden elements with some mild tea leafs. Flavour is herbal, some sweet and tart apples along with mild wooden tones.

Bottled. Golden colour, with a minor white head. Aroma is sweet apples, some nutty tones, mild earth and some slight toffeeish sweetness too. Flavou ris sweet apples, some tart wooden tones with mild nutty and some yeasty tones. Very bodied and tasty for being only 3 % ABV.

37,5 cl bottle @ Tammela Aroma is nice and leathery with apple peel and apples. Flavour has floury apples, leathery tones and mild green apple tones. Very nice cider, one of the best lately.

Bottle 750ml. clear glass, corked @ [ Pre-Borefts 2019 Tasting ] - Kermis House - Zaandam, Netherlands.

[ As Poiré de Brocéliande ].
ABV: 2.0%. Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy pear, sugary pear, some apple - sugary apple. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, pear, sweet pear, sugary, pear juice, some apple and sweet apples also, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle at Maakun’s. Clear orangey golden with some bubbles. Sweet apples, apple peels, brown apples. Moderate sweet and bitter, light tart crispy edge. Bottle shared at home. Clear dark golden with no head. Sweet apple, nice funk, dry wood, tobacco, dried apricot. Nice mix between sweet apple and dry tannins, good funk and leather. Medium sweet and light bitter. Solid medium bodied with sparkly carbonation.

Bottle. Sampled at Borefts Pre-Tasting. Clear almost water colored. No head. No surprise pear. Don't get much else. Maybe sugary. Ok. 7-3-6-3-11

Bottle at THT Oktober. Slightly hazy golden with white head. Sweet apples, applesauce, massive funk, light yellow paprika earthy notes, somewhat almondy nutty, complex, soft and sweet. Medium body and soft carbonation. Fucking nice.
