Bottle bought at the farm shared with sjogro for ‘lunch’. Clear deep golden with soft red hue and no head. Tart apples, fresh sweet and tart apple juice, almonds, light flowers, very subtle fermentation notes, a touch of strawberries. Medium sweet, almost medium tart. Very light bitter. Nice crisp medium bodied with champagne style carbonation. Another fresh and crisp cider from this producer, lovely again.

Bottle shared at Domaine Pouldroit, Piriac-sur-Mer. Thanks to Maakun! Pours beautiful shiny golden apple juice. Very sweet and strong sour guillevic apples, reminscent of sour candies. Zure matjes. Big sweet and sour. Medium body and soft carbonation. Bit too much enamel crushing for me. --- Beer merged from original tick of Cidre Blanc on 16 Aug 2019 at 21:43 - Score: 7 --- Beer merged from original tick of Les Bulles De Brocéliande on 07 Aug 2019 at 22:59 - Score: 7. Bottle shared. Clear light golden, no head. Tart apples, sweet pear, dry mineral, soft lemon, sweet/sour pear candy. Quite sweet with also a solid underlying sourness, almost no bitterness. Medium bodied with a bit sugary feel. Medium bodied. Very clean with quite high levels of both sweetness and sourness. I like these Guillevic apples.

Fancy clear 75cl bottle at camping Paimpont from a local shop. Clear deep golden with some bubbles. Soft sweet apples, tart apple juice, soft mineral, funk, apple pie, earthy, dead leaves, light tannins. Over light sweet, light tart and very light bitter. Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation and almost medium dry. Very good cider.

Bottle from holiday in France last year and consumed at home Friday (yes I am at home on a Friday) 24th August 2018 cooking Musakhan from Honey and Co cookbook. Pours clear warm gold (yes clear, now that makes a change from the NEIPA murkies) sweet, apple pie. Soft in the mouth, really good, it's really good, really juicy, nice apple sweetness. Love it.
