Bottle from Le Tonneau Verre, Yverdon
Deep blond color, no head retention, quite fizzy. Nice aroma of mature apples. It’s quite sweet as a cider, with a reasonable apple flavor and a late apple skins astringency, a bit woody. Pleasant.
