Bottle at home and a gusher she was. Pours deep gold with nose of funky over ripe apples. Tastes of apple skin, mushy ripe apples, muscato, perfume, and light caramel. Palate coates the mouth and yet is drying.

Bottled. A golden cider. The aroma has strong notes of sweet apples. The flavor is sweet with an acidic edge and strong notes of very ripe apples combined with lighter notes of apple core, leading to a tart finish. Thanks fiulijn for sharing.

Botle 33 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours a clear golden with a small white head. Sweetish apple aroma. Light body, sweet and pleasant apple notes with a little vanilla and a metallic tang - especially in the first sip. Nicely balanced between sweet and tart. 080210

Corked bottle at Café Breizh, Paris
Blond color. Light aroma of apples and warm plastic, very light perfume. Sourish apple juice flavor, citrusy, medium sweet, a bit vinous; nice touch of fresh sour apples. The delicate contrast sweet-sour is well balanced and very pleasant.

Corked bottle at Café Breizh, Paris
Bronze medal at Concour Générale Agricole 2009

Deep blond color. Light hazelnuts aroma, medium aroma of apple skins; earthy, woody, dusty. It’s a semy-dry cider, not extremely Brut; delicate apple flavor; later, it’s a bit astringent, with soft tannins, and light citrusy sourness. Elegant and highly drinkable.
