75cl bottle from Cidre Sorre, shared with Soph at La Maison de Begaudiere, Brittany. Pours a clear gold, good effervescence. Fresh pressed aroma, juicy. Glorious apple definition, silky sweet with a hint of honeydew melon.. excellent, fresh refined cider.

330ml bottle picked up from Sorre Cidre, Brittany. Pours a very cloudy golden orange, more so than usual. Lovely aroma of scuzzy fleshy fruit. Welcoming tannic cloak on first sip with an oaky underlining.. fleshy fruity warmth in the shadows. 7.5% strength brings out an interesting complexity. Very good.

(Keg at L'Artiste, 20240612) The cider poured deep golden and clear. Its head tiny and white. Aroma had tart apples, apple juice and fruitiness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were tart apples, apple juice, fruitiness and tartness. Aftertaste was fruity, tart and dry. A delicious and balanced cider.

Dobrej jakosci wytrawny cycr bretonski. strzelil glosniej niczym strzaly w slupki podczas karnych. Barwa jasna. musujace. aromat fermentacji jablkowej. w smaku cierpkie, skorki jablek, kwaskowe lekko dobre, moze nawet bardzo dobre, malo slodkie i oto chodzi. korek naturalny porzadnej jakosci. super artystyczny cydr.

Cidre from Breton. korek glosno strzelil, zapienilo sie poczatkowo mocno choc pianeczka szybko opadla, kolor ciemno zloty, pachnie mocna fermentacja jablkowa, troche tez octem jablkowym. w smaku nie za slodkie, to bardzo fajnie dla mnie cos pomiedzy brut, a doux. doskonale smaczne jablka, gruszki nieco lambikowe klimaty.

750 ml corked & caged green bottle, from Seven Cellars. ABV is 4.5%. Clear golden colour, pours sparkling with a large but shortlived white head. Aroma of apples and apple peel, hints of sulphites. Surprisingly sweet flavour for a \"brut\" cider, nice apple character.
