Our logo features the F4U Corsair airplane which is the Connecticut State Airplane and a great testament to the spirit of the state. Because we feel community is important, our company is highlighting some of the state’s great industries and adventure spots by featuring them on our cans. These people and places have not only inspired our own lives and the life of the brewery, but they also honor the places we’ve come to live, love and grow in. Sample (thanks omhper!). Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is cinnamon, apple, pumpkin and some mild alcohol tones. Flavour is pumpkin, cinnamon, apple and some mild toffee tones with some mild alcohol too. Actually quite nice.

Mørk brun med beige skum. Lukter noe røkt, karamell og nøtter. Lett. Noe røkt også i smak, mørkt brød og nøtter. Middels lang.

Tap at Akkurat. Peachy red with pinkish head. A bit of passion fruit, some wheat, yeast, quite tart. Goes down easy but is quite short and bland.

Tasting at Peters, Ystad, Sweden (25/11/2023) - toasted and roasted sweet malty with some caramel, toffee and brown sugar, medium body, roasted malty finish.

--Canned, from Systembolaget. -- Clear brownish amber, fairly rich head. Distinct aroma of pumpkin pie and cinnamon. Fairly dry with medium body and rounded mouthfeel, Rye bread, cinnamon and pumpkin pie. Mid bitter finish. A rare non-cloying pumpkin beer. Hardly knew pumpkin beers could be good before I got to this one,

Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Orange colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Berries just present. Light bitter flavor. Berries again just present. Short light bitter and light acetic finish.
