On tap at Craft 64. Hazy golden with a small white head. An easy to drink one with hops, fruit and light malt. The body was on the light side as was the bitterness. A decent one.

This has just a touch of diacetyl, moderate bitterness, hint of crackery malt. It’s ok but I’d like this to be brighter.

Sweet, creamy, then a big whack of bitterness kicks in. It’s balanced but I’m wishing for a more defined hop character. Especially because it’s one of my favourites

10 oz half nonic pint draft at Craft 64 in Scottsdale, Arizona. The pour is a clear copper golden with a small white head and nice lace. The aroma is mild citrus, pine earth and clean caramel grain malt. The taste is the malt up front, nice clean biscuit, moving to a drying pine citrus that leaves lingering bitterness. The palate is medium bodied with soft carbonation and the mineral dry finish. Solid, nicely balanced beer.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a clear amber colored body that supports a tan head of foam. The aroma offers up crystal malt like fig esters washing over thin pine and faint citrus hops. The taste is a smooth soft blend of thick-ish malts and restrained citrus and spicy and mildly resiny pine hoppiness that adds modest hop bitterness. The malts are forward for the style and add sweetness and Crystal malts lightly sweet nutty notes. Into the finish a pleasing pine hoppiness comes forward to add another facet to the experience. Overall pretty malt forward for my taste but your results may vary.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a crystal clear deep gold body that supports a near white head that leaves behind some sheet lacing. The aroma offers up malts and mild spicy faintly herbal hoppiness. The taste delivers smooth malts and then spicy, herbal, a bit mint flavor hops that include some citrus hop juiciness and mild bitterness too. Nice easy drinking brew.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a crystal clear pale gold body that supports a bright white head. The aroma offers up spicy to mildly floral hops and some wheat to cracker like maltiness. The taste delivers soft cracker to wheated like malts flowing quickly into mild spicy hops, floral and faintly bitter citrus hops. It ends with a crisp wheat finish that has an echo of hop bitterness. Nice.
