Draft pour at the brewery. Poured a clear dark yellow color with a fluffy white head. Aroma was corn, sweet grain. Very clean, easy to drink. Probably a good thing to have something like this on tap at this place since most of the beers are funky, wild, or just plain weird (in a good way!).

Draft pour at the brewery. Poured a slightly hazy yellow color with a medium sized white head. Pleasant looking. Flavor was light sweet candy resin, light floral notes. Citrus, light zest, tropical fruits.

Draft pour at the brewery. Poured a vinous red color with a not much of a head to speak of for the most part. Aroma was dusty blueberries. Flavor was light funk, not overly tart. Funky blueberry skins finish. Not overly acidic.

Draft pour at the brewery. Poured a very vibrant red color without much of a head at all, not still though. Aroma was huge hibiscus flower, with light ginger. Flavor as candy ginger, tart blueberry, vinous acid. Spicy ginger finish.

Draft pour at the brewery. Poured a mostly clear yellow-orange color without much of a head at all. Big nectarine on the nose, light peach. Flavor is tart nectarines, peaches. Super delicious.

Bottle. Poured a slightly hazy yellow color with a small white head. Aroma is like a peach crisp. Lots of vanilla and cinnamon and a ton of peaches. Super creamy. Really easy to drink. Pleasant tartness. Really solid stuff.

500ml bottle, purchased at the brewery. Poured a golden yellow-orange color with a small white head. Aroma was light grapefruit, light tartness but not overly sour. Really pleasant yeast character.

50cl at a share. Light haze over an oily, orange body. Tart. White wine. Stone fruits. High acid. Bone dry. His stuff is super drinkable.
