375ml bottle, at the March 2025 DCBeer share. Poured a hazy peach-orange color with a small pink head. Aroma was big plums, light acidic tartness. Flavor was tart, acidic plum. Some woody vanilla oak notes? This would be nice to try after some aging.

Murky orange with a ring of white head. Nose has lemon and grain, really well balanced and approachable. Lemony continental hop. Some candy. White pepper. Flavor is nice, a good lick of honey sweetness, some melon and yeast. Low acid. Nice round mouthfeel. 7 4 8 5 14

Sample at the blendery. Looks like merlot. Pinkish head. Big grape, merlot and cab, a little waxy, some candy, grape drink. Flavor is jammy, stewed plum and grape jelly. Nice woody character. Medium full bodied. Nice. Long finish. Feel the booze on your tongue.

Thin, translucent orange with no head. Nose has a lot of lavender, lemon and lime, some sweaty notes. Flavor has the juniper, big lemon, white wine vinegar, raw berry. Herbal. Very high acid. Bone dry.
