16oz can pours a translucent cola brown with some clingy beige head. Nose had malt and marzipan and cold brew coffee and a bit of a sour note. Flavor has paper and green peppercorns, Dr Pepper, malt and caramel. Barrel seems cheap or maybe new American. Watery finish and also hot. All over the place.

Bourbon and charred oak nose, much more of the former. Dark brown, medium head, little retention. Bourbon, charred oak, cocoa, molasses. Full body, easy carbonation. Quite nice. Additives, but still beery.

$4.85 pint can, WW. Dark brown with a soft beige head. Raisin, chocolate, coffee, roast nose. Raisin, vanilla, chocolate, caramel. Light body for what this is. Flavors are nice, but missing that punch to send it over the top.
