Description
Being a beer fanatic, a friend gave me a brewing kit for my birthday. So I started brewing in my parents' garage, constantly improving my process and equipment. For over 4 years, I was able to experiment with many styles and recipes of all kinds. As my enthusiasm grew, the idea came to me to turn my passion into my own profession.
So I decided to combine my various hobbies to form a single identity. On one hand, my childhood with video games and the atmosphere of the 90s, on the other, brewing beers with original recipes. From there, GAME OVER BREWING was born.
Each beer will refer to a memory (video game, series, film...) or an atmosphere that has marked me. Every month, I offer you 1 to 4 new beer recipe(s). The two recipes that have been the most successful during the first years of production will be integrated into the permanent range.

Süffiger, hell getreidiger Beginn. Trocken hopfig, milde Süße, grasig, weich bitter. Das trockene Mundgefühl bleibt vorhanden, spritzig, mittellanger grasiger Abgang. Gut. 10/9/10/10/12/10

A very dark brown beer with a beige lacing. Aroma of tonka beans, sweet strong dark malt, chocolate, cinnamon. Taste is the same. Nice!

Can at home courtesy of Romain. Big maple syrup aroma, additional notes of caramel, light hints of general sweetness, a hint of vanilla. Taste is cacao, some of that generic sweetness too, caramel as well, lingering into the finish. The body is light, medium at the very best, carbonation is soft

Can at home, courtesy of Romain. Black pour, beige head. Nose is pastry sweetness, marshmallows, vanilla flavouring perhaps? Big cacao as well. Flavour is cacao dominated, got that strange vanilla hint too, not a fan of that. Medium bodied with soft carbonation, drinks below the ABV. Straightforward.

This is a great throwback! Deep red with a tall head. Dark mLts, sweet, deeply toasted, sweet caramel, and a bitter hop blast to the face cutting through all that. The balance of malt and hop is spot on. I miss these big bold malt driven, hop forward IPAs and so happy to have gotten my hands on this.
