O Brother Brewing is a family owned brewery from Kilcoole, County Wicklow. Back in 2011, three Brothers - Barry, Brian and Padhraig O’Neill - got put their minds together to create this independent brewery. Sample (thanks fonefan!). Pitch black colour, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is liquorice, chocolate, some toasted tones with mild whiskey, vanilla and some alcohol. Flavour is liquorice, chocolate, some toffee, toast and mild alcohol to it. A bit wooden and syrupy tones to it too.

[ As O Brother Opus One ].
ABV: 12.5%. Clear dark dark brown colour with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, dark malt, whisky, barrel, dark fruit. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, roasted, caramel, dark malt, chocolate, whisky, barrel. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20230303]

[ As O Brother Many Coloured Days ].
ABV: 8.1%. Murky medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, oat, moderate to heavy hoppy, fruity hops, dusty hops, woody hops, tropical fruit, tea. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, ripe fruit, tea, fruity hops, wheat, rich. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20230303]

--Sample, thanks fonefan! --Almost clear golden, small head. Generous aroma of tangerine and papaya. Dry with light body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Tangerine, lychee, grass and papaya on crisp bread. Mid bitter finish.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Yellow colour small white foamy head. Aroma is nectar, some floral, sweet malts and some toffee tones. Flavour is nectar, some spruce tips, mild sweet malts and some toffee tones to it.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Cloudy bright straw colour, brief coarse head. Aroma of pineapple and passionfruit. Sweet with ligh ttp medium body. Husky grain and pineapple juice. Somewhat sharp finish with some hop burn and resinous bitterness.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Hazy yellowish small white head. Aroma is fruity, nectary, some tropical fruits and nice sweetness. Flavour is tropical fruits, nectary, some sweet malts and pineapple. Very silky smooth palate.
