Can from Beer52 as part of their Hagstavaganza box. Looks like this one was brewed at White Hag on behalf of O Brother and Beer52. Pours near black, nice beige to tanned head. Dark roasted malt, berry and liquorice aroma; nice. Taste of the malts and roastiness, some cola, berries, bittersweet finish; very tasty. Body is ok but doesn't quite carry the depth through to the finish for a foreign stout possibly in part due to the relatively low abv. Overall though a very nice stout.

Can from Beer52. Pours black with moderate sized beige head; looks good. Aroma of coffee, chocolate, light roastiness, a hint of berries, some sweetness; nice. Taste of coffee and roast, some dark chocolate, a touch of lactose sweetness gives a nice balance. Not picking up much fruitiness which would have rounded it off nicely. Nonetheless its a nice stout.

440ml can from Beer52 for their cyberfest. Hazy gold, moderate sized white head, leaves a nice top and lacing. Quite a juicy aroma of citrus, passion fruit, mango, resin. Taste is semi-sweet, orange citrus, mango, grapefruit, grass, pine, slight resin. A fruity high bitter finish. Medium bodied, oily, zingy carbonation. This is really very nice.

440ml can from Beer52. Hazy orange-gold, small creamy head, nice retention. Aroma of mango, pineapple, pine, resin. Taste is sweet tangy tropical notes and malt which lead through to finish with a pine resin and moderate but long bitterness. A warming alcohol notable on way down. Nice smooth mouthfeel. Not a corker but a good DIPA nonetheless.

Hazy golden beer, white head. Zesty aroma, lots of grassy hop. Flavour has lemon, grapefruit, grassy hop, a little coconut. A little more coconut than I'd care for but it's nice.
