Black with a tan head. Dark roasted malts, dark chocolate, lactose, oatmeal, earthy, coffee beans. Medium bodied. Finish is dry and bitter roast. Stays away from the sweet side of things and gives this a nice depth. Quite nice.

Deep copper with an off white head. Deep toasted cracker, bready, a hint of fruit, light spiciness, malty. Medium bodied. Finish is malty and a bit of spicy hop. A big and full märzen.

On tap at the Underdog, Dublin on 16th July 2025. Clear amber with shallow, lasting yellowy white foam and full lacing. Rich and intense zesty peel in aroma. Spices and intense zests in-mouth and a lemon peel/grapefruit finish.velvet smooth mouthfeel and a fair amount of body.
