O Brother Brewing is a family owned brewery from Kilcoole, County Wicklow. Back in 2011, three Brothers - Barry, Brian and Padhraig O’Neill - got put their minds together to create this independent brewery. Black with a medium tan head. Aroma of oak and chocolate malt. Dry Smokey wood, whiskey, warming roast malt, burnt wood base, tangy whiskey finish.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to Colin. A clear mahogany brown coloured pour with a small tan head. Aroma is semi sweet, boozy whisky, raw wood, cakey malts. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, brown sugars, oaky tannin, coconut, vanilla, gooey raisin loaf. Palate is semi sweet, oily, rounded, mellow carbonation. Boozy smooth whiskey finish.

On tap. Pours a hazy Golden with an off-white head. Slight grapefruit aroma. Medium body, a dry fruitiness, subtle aroma hops and a very light, late bitterness. An easy quaffer. 140522

On tap at Christian Firtal Pale Ale Festival. Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of citrus and pineapple. Sweetish fruity flavour with citrus.

Can at home, from Yards & Crafts online, 07/05/22. Black with a good sized tan cap that dissipates to a swirl in time. Nose is Taste comprises Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost and well tempered barrel expression. Solid BA impy ... some really good under the radar stuff coming out of Eire these days!

Thin tan head left a spotty cover & lacing on a dark brown body. Bitter, malt & hoppy aroma. Medium bodied, silky with a sharp back. Bitter, citrus, liquorice, malt, coffee & hoppy tastes. Not getting any milk in this Milk Stout - great Stout though.

330ml can from Beer52 - Pours a dark brown colour with an average sized frothy beige head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate and caramel with ashy notes. A moderately sweet taste, light roasted malt, chocolate and lactose flavours with a drying light ashy finish. A bit light on flavour.

330ml can online via monthly Beer 52 sub. Pours deep brown to black with a tan cap. Aroma: caramel, dark chocolate, soft roast, coffee hints. Taste: light to moderate sweet & bitter, caramel malt, light coffee, vanilla hints. Light to medium body.
