(Can) Pours hazy golden with small white head. Lovely aroma with heaps of cherries and some oak hints. Medium body with plenty of fine smooth carbonation giving a very pleasant mouthfeel. Good taste too. It’s nicely sour with plenty of cherry taste from the start. There’s some pleasant bread notes in the finish.

(Can) Pours dark brown with loose tan head. Pleasant aroma of roast malt, chocolate with fruity hints. Medium body with bright, somewhat fizzy carbonation. Pleasant taste, although not exactly a stout. Dark roast malt gives some sweetness and a small amount of burnt bitterness. There’s some nuts and chocolate and some fruitiness up front. Enjoyable and very drinkable.

A nice enough WCIPA. The hemp gives the aroma a point of difference, but it's otherwise unremarkable. Lacking a bit of body , but I do quite like the tart pine needles and the hemp finish.

375ml can into pint glass. From BWS, Glen Innes. Pours a very dark brown, can hardly see through it when held up to the light. Huge head of coffee coloured foam on top. Smells like fruit-filled dark chocolate. Patchy lacing. Smooth texture, good body. Touches of coffee, caramel, fruit. Drying finish. Other reviewers don't think this is really a stout but it reminds me of a slightly amped up 'Mackeson's\". Not bad. Not KBS but not bad.

375ml can into pint glass. From BWS, Glen Innes. Pours a hazy golden amber with a large head of white foam. Streams of tiny bubbles ascend. Nose is mostly caramel with just a hint of hoppy bitterness in the background. Slight fizz, very light carbonation. Smooth medium body, quite viscous. Finish starts with aniseed then slowly becomes bitter and resinous. You can recognise some effort here but it's an 'almost' beer. Almost made 1st grade but sat on the bench all season.

Quite the misrepresentation, this one. Pours like a brown ale. Aromas of caramel, honey, malt and grapefruit. A lot of biscuit, honey and grapefruit in the mouth. Not very velvety. Not very stouty.

Pours brown, last white head.Nose shows some roasted and nutty malt, a bit of bready malt too.Flavours include a bit more light roast, with some toasty notes and a bit of a coffee character.Very light (colour and flavour) for a stout but tasty nonetheless.

Can. Darkish brown with a light beige head. Weak caramel aroma with some grass. But there is a bit of roasted malt in the taste and it - along with a little bitterness- balances the sweetness. Texture is not velvety. Not really what you’re led to expect but about OK.

Can. Opaque toffee amber colour. Some pine in nose. A bit of a mess at style level. Wear coast meets English IPA, with more malt than expected for former, and too fruity for latter.
