Cask days 2015. Clear yellow, no heaf. Aroma is tart/ sweet apples, some honey, and hints of brown sugar. Good mouth feel, low carb. Finish is sweet, i assume from the maple, but im not getting any distinct maple flavour of saltiness. This is just a slightly sweeter than usual apple cidet. Not terrible, but great either.

Tap at bar hop 2. Clear yellow pour, no head. Aroma is very much like gin. Big juniper note, with subtle honey soaked lemon zest, and some sweet freshly cut apple skins. Mouth feel, and carb are what youd expect. The finish is sweet, and savoury. Solid herbal notes, more juniper, some pine and even a hint of elderberry. The apple seems to take a back seat, buts its always there adding a nice sweetness to cut the copious, and strong herbs. Interesting stuff.

Aroma has a nice blend of blueberries, grape must, wild yeast, and some tart plums. Flavour is a nice melange of fruit, with lots of blueberries, some grape skins, tart plums, and wild yeast. Real nice cohesion of the disparate fruit character. Real good.

Pale pinkish, slight haze. Random fruits on the nose, probably the plum coming through the most. Soft body, nice fruit, a bit of sweetness lends roundness. The grape and plum come through and I'm not sure I get the blueberry, but I like the way it all comes together.

750mL bottle. Pours cloudy red-orange. Dry barnyard funk and tons of musty grape and apple skins. Flavour has some dry apple skins, musty grape skins, dark plum skins. Interesting profile and it works well.

5oz pour at Stillwell Freehouse. Pours clear pale blonde with small white head. Apple skins, tons of barnyard manure, and some floral notes on the nose. Flavour has tons of funk, light acidity, musty grape skins. Sweetness is well-moderated. Very nice.

5oz pour at Stillwell Freehouse. Pours clear ruby with small white head. Apple skins, cherries, and some funk on the nose. Flavour has plenty of tart cherries, tannic apple skins, nice touch of funk, and a tart finish. Very nice cider.

750ml (thx, Mathieu A.!) @ Ryan's shared with Faress and Josh. Appearance: hazy blonde with almost no head. Aroma: pretty nice funk, apples. Taste: very simple and light, some fermented vegetables, not really much of apples or funk. Overall: well, just ok, especially for Revel.
